Erin Boley, who was selected the MVP of the 2015 USA Basketball 3x3 U18 National Tournament, has been added to the 2015 USA Basketball Women’s 3x3 U18 World Championship Team.

Unlike most USA Basketball teams, there are no trials held for the USA 3x3 U18 World Championship squads, each of which will be made up of four athletes who are 18 years old or younger (born on or before Jan. 1, 1997).

Defend won the 2015 USA Basketball Women's 3x3 U18 National Championship to earn a trip to Hungary in June for the 2015 FIBA 3x3 U18 World Championship. Check out the highlights here.

By virtue of winning the 2015 USA Basketball 3x3 U18 National Tournament, for men and women, respectively, on May 3 at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the team members of Stars (8-0) and Defend (7-0) have earned the right to represent USA Basketball at the 2015 FIBA 3x3 U18 World Championship that will be played June 4-7 in Debrecen, Hungary.

The Stars defeated the Titans, 21-12, to win the 2015 USA Basketball 3x3 U18 National Tournament, earning a trip to Hungary in June for the FIBA 3x3 U18 World Championship. Check out the highlights.

2015 Women's 3x3 U18 National Tournament Day 2 Highlights

Three teams remain undefeated at the 2015 USA Basketball 3x3 U18 National Tournament following the May 2 preliminary round games. Unbeaten teams include the Stars (5-0) from the men’s tournament and Defend (3-0) and Southern Starz (3-0) on the women’s side.

Katie Lou Samuelson has enjoyed quite an illustrious basketball career, and the Huntington Beach, California, native hasn't even graduated high school yet. Samuelson, a senior at Mater Dei High School, has already won four gold medals with USA Basketball, including two in 2014 -- first as a member of the 2014 U17 World Championship Team and then with the 3x3 team that took gold at the Youth Olympic Games.
