  • Gold Medal: 2013 FIBA U19 World Championship.
  • Member of the 2013 USA Basketball U19 World Championship Team that posted a perfect 9-0 record and captured the gold medal at the 2013 FIBA U19 World Championship in Lithuania.
  • Aided the USA U19 squad to a 3-0 exhibition record against U19 teams from Australia, Canada and Spain in the Canary Islands.
  • Participated in the 2012 USA U17 World Championship Team  trials.
  • Participated in the 2011 USA U16 National Team trials.

High School Notes

  • Attended Hopkins High School (Minn.), where she helped lead her team to three Minnesota Class 4A state championships.
  • Averaged 18.6 ppg., 8.9 rpg. and 3.0 spg. as a senior in 2012-13 as Hopkins went 30-1 and earned its third-straight state title as well as the Lake Conference and sectional champioships.
  • As a junior in 2011-12, averaged 15.8 ppg., 9.7 rpg., 1.5 apg., 1.7 bpg. and 3.3 spg. to help her team to a 30-2 record and a Class 2A state championship.
  • As a sophomore in 2010-11, helped her team to a 4A state title.
  • Posted career-highs of 32 points to go with 18 rebounds versus Cooper High School (3/2/13).
  • Despite being sick, scored 24 points and hauled in 21 rebounds against Minnetonka High School (1/22/13).
  • Played AAU for the Metro Stars.

  • Born June 11, 1995, in St. Paul, Minn.
  • Daughter of Sheba and Richard Coffey, has one brother, Amir (15), and one sister, Sydney (19).
  • Father, Richard, served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper and starred in basketball at the University of Minnesota in the late 1980s and played for the Minnesota Timberwolves and in Europe for 5 years.
  • Sister plays basketball at Marist College.
  • Is an honor roll student.
  • Also played volleyball and competed in track. National Junior Olympics silver medalist in 100 and 200 meter dash. Ran high school varsity track and in a state meet as a 7th grader.
  • Brother is a member of the 2013-14 USA Basketball Men’s Developmental National Team and will arrive in Colorado Springs, Colo., to train with the USA DNT on May 30.
  • Started playing basketball in the fifth grade.
