How to Create Your 3x3 Player Profile

How to Create Your 3x3 Player Profile

Creating a 3x3 player profile allows players to accumulate and track their ranking points amongst other 3x3 players in the United States. In addition, individual 3x3 ranking points feed into the overall country 3x3 participation points that USA Basketball needs to qualify for international competition. By creating your player profile, you play an integral role in helping the United States qualify for FIBA 3x3 World Championships!

Below are the steps for every 3x3 player to create their profile so they can properly compete in officially endorsed FIBA 3x3 tournaments:

  1. Click the link FIBA 3x3 Planet to be redirected to the FIBA 3x3 Planet website. Once this page fully loads, click "Create Profile" to begin creating your profile.
  2. Enter in the required personal information and create a unique password login.

  3. Once all fields are filled in and the terms and agreement are accepted, click the “register now” button at the bottom of the page.

  4. Following registration, players will receive a verification email from FIBA 3x3 to the email address provided on the signup page.

  5. Once the email is received, click on the link to confirm your player profile. Your player profile registration is not complete until you open and confirm the email link sent to your email address. Players will then begin to accumulate ranking points from the FIBA 3x3 endorsed tournaments in which he/she participates.

All 3x3 basketball inquiries should be emailed to 3x3@usabasketball.com.
