Travis Dunnette joined USA Basketball as the Coordinator, Apparel and Equipment in August 2018. In that role, Dunnette oversees all shipping, receiving, inventory and ordering of apparel and equipment for national teams and youth development programs.
Dunnette came to USA Basketball after he worked as a postgraduate intern at the NCAA. As part of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championships department, he was responsible for the planning and execution of many aspects of the 2018 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship and the Final Four. During that time, he also helped execute the inaugural NCAA Next Generation at the 2018 NCAA Men’s Basketball Final Four, which included the 24-member 2018 USA Basketball Junior National Select Team, as well as teams from NBA Africa and Global Academies.
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami in 2017, where he majored in sports administration and earned a bachelor’s of science degree in education.
While at Miami, he was a student manager for the men’s basketball team for three seasons.
