After finishing seventh in the 2011 Pan American Games, the USA women earned the silver medal, posting an overall record of 4-1.
Moriah Jefferson had 14 points, one of four players in double figures for the USA.
Shatori Walker-Kimbrough had eight points and two rebounds.
Breanna Stewart had a double-double, leading the USA in both points (17) and rebounds (11).
Taya Reimer had 10 points.
