As a member of the 3x3 team Defend, Arike Ogunbowale and her teammates compiled a 7-0 record and won the title at the 2013 USA Basketball 3x3 U18 National Championship, which was played at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. That championship earned Ogunbowale the right to represent the USA at the 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup.
Arike Ogunbowale helped the USA to a 5-0 record and gold medal at the 2013 FIBA Americas 3x3 U18 Championship as the USA prepared to compete in the 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup.
As a member of the 2013 USA 3x3 U18 World Cup Team, Arike Ogunbowale won a gold medal at the 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup with an 8-1 record.

As a member of the 2014 USA U17 World Cup Team that captured gold with a perfect 7-0 record at the 2014 FIBA U17 World Cup in the Czech Republic, Arike Ogunbowale (front) started in all seven games and averaged 10.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.9 steals and 1.3 assists per game. Prior to the 2014 FIBA U17 World Cup, Arike Ogunbowale aided the USA to a 2-1 exhibition record in Nogent sur Seine, France.
Arike Ogunbowale averaged 6.5 points per game as a member of the 2014 USA Youth Olympic Games team that won a gold medal with a 13-0 record in the event’s 3x3 competition.
Arike Ogunbowale teamed up with Kristine Anigwe, Natalie Chou and Asia Durr on Defend, which won the 2015 USA Basketball 3x3 U18 National Tournament, which was her second championship at the event.
As a member of the 2015 USA 3x3 U18 World Cup Team that compiled an 8-1 record and took home the silver medal from the 2015 FIBA 3x3 U18 World Championship in Hungary, Arike Ogunbowale contributed a team-leading 6.7 points per game.
Leading the 2015 FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup women’s scorers with 6.7 points per game, Arike Ogunbowale was named to the event’s all-tournament team.
As a member of the 2017 USA U23 National Team, Arike Ogunbowale averaged 8.3 points and 3.0 rebounds per game to help the USA claim the U24 Four Nations Tournament title with wins over Australia, Canada and Japan in Tokyo.
Arike Ogunbowale aided the USA White Team to a 100-75 victory over the USA Red Team in an intrasquad exhibition during the 2018 USA World Cup Team training camp in South Carolina. She scored 16 points and added three rebounds and five assists.
As a member of the 2019 USA AmeriCup Team that finished with a 6-0 record and the gold medal at the FIBA AmeriCup in Puerto Rico, Arike Ogunbowale averaged a team second-best 9.8 points to go with 3.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game.
Arike Ogunbowale was added to the 2019-20 USA National Team pool following the 2019 AmeriCup.
Arike Ogunbowale was a member of the USA team that competed in three games at the 2019 FIBA Pre-Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Argentina. She saw action in two games and averaged 8.5 points per game.
