After helping the USA secure its Olympic berth in May 2021 and then aiding the USA to gold at the inaugural Olympic 3x3 tournament, Allisha Gray was named the 2021 USA Basketball 3x3 Athlete of the Year.
After she led the U.S. Olympic 3x3 Women’s Basketball Team to the gold medal this past summer in Tokyo, USA Basketball selected Kara Lawson as the 2021 USA Basketball 3x3 Coach of the Year.
Following its historic gold medal performance at the Tokyo Games, USA Basketball named the U.S. Olympic 3x3 Women’s Basketball Team as the 2021 USA Basketball 3x3 Team of the Year.
