In the wake of leading USA Basketball to perfect 7-0 records and gold medals at the 2014 FIBA U17 World Championships, USA head coaches Sue Phillips (Archbishop Mitty H.S./San Jose Cagers AAU, Calif.) and Don Showalter (Iowa City H.S., Iowa) were named as the 2014 USA Basketball Co-Developmental Coaches of the Year.

Flagg, who is the youngest male athlete of the year in USA Basketball history, helped the men’s U17 team win its sixth consecutive World Cup earlier this year.

White led the men’s U17 team to a sixth straight World Cup win earlier this year.

The October 2022 USA Basketball Junior National Team minicamp will take place Oct. 7-10 at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

The 2022 USA Basketball Women's U17 National Team secured their second-straight gold medal at the 2022 FIBA Women's U17 World Cup with a 84-62 finals victory over Spain Sunday at Fönix Hall in Debrecen, Hungary.

The 2021 USA Basketball Men's Junior National Team conducted a minicamp with 24 athletes in contention for the 2021 USA U16 National Team from May 27-29 in Houston.
