She returned this year as an invitee to the USA Women’s U17 World Championship Team Trials. Some of the best action from the USA Women's U18 National Team Trials, being held at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Athletes selected to the team will compete in the FIBA Americas U18 Championship later this summer in Mexico.
After its successful debut in 2017, the USA Basketball Women in the Game initiative returned with a conference April 7-8 at the Windward School in Los Angeles. In addition to presentations from expert guest speakers, attendees of the USA Basketball Women in the Game conference also experienced breakout sessions and small group discussions between speakers and attendees.
Outscoring Canada 50-22 in the second and third quarters, the USA women claimed an 84-60 win and the FIBA Americas U18 Championship gold medal.
