The USA Basketball Women’s National Team gathered for a minicamp in Minneapolis last week for the first time since winning gold the 2022 FIBA Women’s World Cup for the fourth consecutive time.

Fifteen athletes are expected to participate in a USA Basketball Women’s National Team training camp from Feb. 6-9 in Minneapolis.

In a year where the USA Basketball Men’s National Team competes in the final Men’s World Cup Qualifying window in February and the subsequent 2023 FIBA World Cup in late August into September, Sean Ford knows the U.S. has to live up to its gold standard of excellence.

Ahead of what promises to be a busy 2023, the word on Briana Weiss’ mind is joy.

Moore helped lead the U.S. to two Olympic gold medals and two World Cup titles.

Wilson helped the USA Women’s National Team to its fourth consecutive World Cup gold earlier this year.
