USA Basketball Notes

  • Went 1-1 against Brazil and Colombia with the 2022 November World Cup Qualifying Team. Led the team in assists with 11 total and tied for second in rebounding with eight.
  • Named a member of the November 2022 USA Basketball Men's World Cup Qualifying Team on Oct. 30, 2022.
  • Member of the February 2019 USA Men’s World Cup Qualifying Team. Helped the USA to two victories, 111-80 over Panama and 84-83 over Argentina in Greensboro, N.C. Injured and was unable to play in a game.
  • Named a member of the February 2019 USA Basketball Men’s World Cup Qualifying Team on Feb. 19, 2019.

Professional Notes

  • Won the 2022 NBA Championship as a member of the Golden State Warriors.
  • NBA Played in 40 games and started three with the Brooklyn Nets through the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons. Brooklyn won nine of the last 12 games he appeared in in 2019-20.
  • In 2019-20, appeared in 10 games with the Capital City Go-Go and 10 with the Long Island Nets, recording averages of 12.0 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 6.4 apg and 2.3 spg in 31.4 mpg.
  • Playing in 2018-19 for NBA G League Capital City Go-Go.

  • Played four seasons (2014-15 - 2017-18) at the University of Florida.
  • Played in 139 games, started in 65 games, compiled 1,025 points (7.4 ppg.), 442 rebounds (3.2 rpg.), 571 assists (4.1 apg.) and 191 steals (1.4 spg.). Shot 39.2 percent from the field, 32.7 percent from 3-point and 74.7 percent from the foul line.
  • Finished his career as Florida’s all-time assists leader, fourth in steals, 10th in games played and became the 54th member of UF’s 1,000-point club.
  • Led the Southeastern Conference in assist-to-turnover ratio as a junior (2.4) and senior (3.4). Also led the SEC in assists as a  senior (6.1).
  • Helped lead Florida to an 85-54 overall record for a 61.2 winning percentage.
  • As a senior (2017-18), played in 34 games, started in 32 games, averaged 32.0 minutes, 11.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 1.9 steals a game. Shot 41.7 percent from the field, 34.9 percent from 3-point and 80.9 percent from the foul line. 
  • Named 2017-18 All-SEC first team and SEC All-Defensive Team and NABC All-District 21 first team. Named to the 2018 Cousy Award Top 10.
  • As a junior (2016-17), played in 36 games, averaged 22.1 minutes, 7.2 points, 3.3 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.3 steals a game. Shot 41.3 percent from the field, 31.6 percent from 3-point and 78.7 percent from the foul line. 
  • Named to the 2016-17 NCAA All-East Regional Team and named to SEC Community Service Team for his efforts in the Gainesville community.
  • Knocked down a runner 3-point shot at the buzzer in overtime to lift Florida to a one-point overtime win against Wisconsin in the NCAA Sweet Sixteen at Madison Square Garden. He took the inbound pass with 4.0 seconds remaining and went the length of the floor to hit the shot.
  • As a sophomore (2015-16), played in 36 games, started in 22 games, averaged 23.8 minutes, 7.2 points, 2.9 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.1 steals a game. Shot 34.4 percent from the field, 32.0 percent from 3-point and 79.7 percent from the foul line.  
  • As a freshman (2014-15), played in 33 games, started in 11 games, averaged 22.8 minutes, 3.9 points, 2.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.2 steals a game. Shot 38.9 percent from the field and 32.3 percent from 3-point.
