Gold Medal: 2021 FIBA U19 World Cup.
Helped the 2021 USA U19 National Team capture the gold medal at the 2021 FIBA U19 World Cup with a perfect 7-0 record in Riga, Latvia. Averaged 11.9 ppg., a team-best 6.1 rpg., 3.3 apg., and a USA U19 record 2.7 bpg. His 19 total blocked shots in Latvia surpassed the previous U19 competition record (16 by Tony Mitchell). Scored in double figures in all seven games, tallying 17 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks in a 132-60 win over South Korea.
Named to the 2021 USA Nike Hoop Summit Team on March 25, 2021, however the event was not played due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Took part in the 2019 USA Basketball Men's Junior National Team October minicamp.

As a senior during the 2020-21 season, averaged 20.7 ppg (.800 FG %), 12.4 rpg, 4.4 apg and 5.1 bpg.
Led Minnehaha Academy to the state title in his senior season; his fourth state title at the school.
As a junior in 2019-20, averaged 14.6 ppg, 10.0 rpg, 4.9 bpg and 2.4 apg in route to a state title.
Finished his high school career with 1,567 points, 964 rebounds and 456 blocked shots at Minnehaha Academy, compiling a 128-15 overall record.

His father Dave Holgren (7-0 tall), played college basketbsall at University of Minnesota from 1984 to 1988.
Grew eight inches in the year before his freshman year of high school.
Has a 7-6 wingspan.
Maintained a 3.46 GPA at Minnehaha Academy.
Volunteers at Frog Town Boy's and Girl's Club.
