• Started his college career at Mississippi State (2011-12) and transferred to Duke (2012-14) for two seasons.
• Selected as a team captain for the 2013-14 season. 
• Averaged 16.1 ppg, shot 46.4% from the field and 42.0% from three in 2013-14 and finished second on the team in scoring that season.
• Redshirted and sat out his sophomore season at Duke due to NCAA transfer rules.
• Named to the SEC All-Freshman team after averaging 10.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game.
• Shot 44.3% (127-of-287) from the field, including 36.4% (47-of-129) from 3-point range his freshman season.

Personal Notes

• Attended Meridian Senior High School and helped the team to the Class 6A championship and a 29-2 record as a senior. Averaged 24.0 points and 8.0 rebounds on the year.
• Was named the Clarion Ledger's player of the year and was a member of the Dandy Dozen team in 2011.
• As a junior (2010), named Mississippi's player of the year after averaging 22.1 points and 6.2 rebounds and 4.4 assists. Also led his team to the Class 6A championship game.
