He also played for the New York Knicks and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame in 1982; cousin, Natasha Watley played softball at UCLA and won a gold medal at the 2004 Olympics and silver at the 2008 Olympics; cousin, the late Orlando Woolridge, played at Notre Dame, in the NBA and Italy, he also was an assistant coach for the USA Women’s National Team in 1998 and 1999.
