USA Basketball Notes

  • Gold Medal:  2019 FIBA U19 World Cup. 
  • Member of the 2019 USA Basketball U19 National Team that captured the gold medal with a perfect 7-0 record at the FIBA U19 World Cup in Heraklion, Greece. Played in all seven games, averaged 20.1 minutes, 8.4 points, 5.9 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.9 steals a game. Shot 51.0 percent from the field, 16.6 percent (1-6) from 3-point and 50.0 percent from the foul line.
  • Recorded 11 points and 3 rebounds versus Lithuania in both the USA's seimifnals victory and in its preliminary round game. Also recorded 9 points and 0 rebounds against Mali in the gold medal game and 9 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists versus New Zealand.

  • Played in the USA's two exhibition games, averaged 17.0 minutes, 4.0 points. 2.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists a game. Shot 40.0 percent from the field.

  • Named to the 2019 USA Men's U19 World Cup Team on June 20.

College Notes

  • Has completed one season at Oklahoma State University.
  • Joined Marcus Smart as the only Cowboy freshmen to ever produce 120+ assists and 40+ steals.
  • One of only two players in the Big 12 Conference to average at least 8.7 ppg., 4.8 rbg. and 3.9 apg. in 2018-19.
  • Racked up 126 assists as a freshman, which trailed only Marcus Smart (139 in 2012-13) for the most by a Cowboy freshman.
  • Recorded 42 steals, the fourth most steals ever by a Cowboy freshman.
  • Started all 32 games, which are the most by an OSU freshman since Marcus Smart started all 33 games of the 2012-13 season.
  • Produced 12 double-digit scoring games, including seven over the final 11 games of the year.
  • Posted nine assists in the regular season finale against West Virginia, which is tied for the fourth most ever by an OSU freshman.
  • Logged 23 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists against Baylor. Only one other Cowboy freshman has recorded those numbers in a game - Marcus Smart in 2014.
  • Led the Cowboys in scoring (10.7 ppg.) and assists (2.7 apg.) and ranked second in rebounding (5.7 rpg.) during the team’s European tour.

High School Honors

  • 2018 District 5A MVP.
  • 2018 Fort Worth Star-Telegram All-Star team.
  • 2018 Whataburger Basketball Tournament MVP.
  • 2018 Texas Association of Basketball Coaches 5A All-State first team.

  • As a senior in 2017-18, averaged 18.0 ppg, 9.0 rpg. and 5 apg. for the Wolves.
  • Led Mansfield Timberview High School to the 2017 5A Texas state championship.
