Attends South Garland High School in Garland, Texas, where he played four varsity seasons.
As a junior in 2017-18, averaged 22.9 ppg., 7.7 rpg. and 3.7 apg. to lead South Garland to the 2018 Texas 6A semifinals, where he scored 46 points in an overtime loss.
As a sophomore in 2016-17, helped hi steam to a 17-10 record.
