  • Gold Medals: 2017 FIBA Americas U16 Championship, 2018 FIBA U17 World Cup and 2019 FIBA U19 World Cup.
  • Named on July 8, 2019 as attending the 2019 USA Basketball Men's Junior National Team July minicamp.
  • Named to the 2019 USA Men's U19 World Cup Team on June 20.
  • As a member of the 2018 USA U17 World Cup Team, averaged 8.7 ppg. and 2.7 apg. to help the USA to a 7-0 record and gold medal from June 30-July 8 in Santa Fe, Argentina.
  • As a member of the 2017 USA Men’s U16 National Team, helped the USA to a 5-0 record and gold medal at the 2017 FIBA Americas U16 Championship.

  • Plays in the summer for Grassroots Sizzle on the Under Armour Association.

  • Has a great-grandfather (USMC), great-uncle (USM) and a cousin (USAF) who served in the U.S. Armed Forces.

  • Nickname is J-Sizzle.
  • Second cousin, Terrell Suggs, played football at Arizona State University and was a linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens, with whom he won the 2012 Super Bowl.
  • Second cousins, D’Marr Suggs (Idaho State) and Renard Suggs (Nebraska-Omaha), played basketball in college.
