USA Basketball Notes

• Bronze Medals: 2022 FIBA Americup.
• Named a member of the February 2023 USA Basketball Men’s World Cup Qualifying Team on Feb. 16, 2023.
• Went 1-1 against Brazil and Colombia with the 2022 November World Cup Qualifying Team.
• Named to the 2022 November World Cup Qualifying Team roster on Oct. 30, 2022.
• Member of the 2022 USA Basketball AmeriCup Team which competed in Recife, Brazil, from Sep. 2-11. He started every game for the U.S. and finished second on the team in scoring (10.2 ppg) and first in steals (1.7 spg). Sword played his best game against Venezuela, where he recorded seven points in the first frame and 12 by halftime without missing a shot (4-4 FG, 2-2 3FG, 2-2 FT). He finished with a team-high 19 points (7-8 FG, 2-3 3FG, 3-3 FT), two rebounds, two assists, two steals and an 87.5% field goal percentage which tied the second-best mark from any player at the AmeriCup.
