USA Basketball Notes

  • Gold Medals: 2019 FIBA U19 World Cup, 2018 FIBA U17 World Cup, 2017 FIBA Americas U16 Championship.
  • International Tournament Title: 2018 Latvia U17 International Invitational.
  • Member of the 2019 USA U19 World Cup Team that finished with a 7-0 record and captured the gold medal with a 74-70 overtime victory over Australia in Bangkok, Thailand; averaged 7.7 ppg. and a team second-best 7.3 rpg.
  • At the U19s, went a perfect 8-of-8 from the field against South Korea (a U.S. U19 record) and led the field in the 16-team tournament for field goal percentage after shooting 68.8% (22-32 FGs) over the course of the tournament.
  • Competed as a member of Team Denver in the 2019 USA Basketball 3x3 U18 National Championship and finished in third place with a 5-2 record.
  • Member of the 2018 USA U17 World Cup Team that captured gold with a perfect 7-0 record in Minsk, Belarus; averaged 8.0 ppg. and 5.7 rpg.
  • Aided the USA to a three-game sweep of Canada, China and Latvia in a pre-U17 World Cup exhibition tournament in Leipaja, Latvia.
  • Helped the 2017 USA U16 National Team capture the FIBA Americas U16 Championship gold medal with a perfect 5-0 record in Buenos Aires, Argentina, which qualified the U.S. for the 2018 FIBA U17 World Cup.
  • Played on Denver at the 2017 USA Basketball 3x3 U18 National Tournament April 8-9 at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and finished in second place.

  • Posted 19 double-doubles and one triple-double as a senior.
  • During the first three years of her prep career, posted career-highs of 31 points, 17 rebounds, eight assists and seven steals; started 54 of 78 games played and amassed 938 points, 674 rebounds, 120 assists, 153 steals and 162 blocked shots.

  • Has volunteered in her community with an integrated learning center program at an elementary school and as a peer and youth math tutor.
  • First played basketball in September 2015 as a freshman because she thought it might be fun.
  • Enjoys reading and playing with her siblings.
  • International travels: has been to France and Africa to visit family, Spain with her school and Argetina, Belarus and Latvia with USA Basketball.
