  • Gold Medals: 2015 FIBA U19 World Championship, 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championship.
  • Silver Medal: 2017 FIBA U19 World Cup.
  • Is one of five U.S. athletes who have played on two USA U19 World Cup Teams, joining Alexis Jones (2011, 2013), Breanna Stewart (2011, 2013), Morgan Tuck (2011, 2013) and A'ja Wilson (2013, 2015) on the list.
  • Member of the 2017 USA Women's U19 World Cup Team that posted a 6-1 record and finished with the silver medal after losing to Russia by four points in the gold medal game in Udine, Italy.
  • Aided the 2017 USA U19 squad to a 3-0 exhibition record against U19 teams from Italy, Latvia and Spain.
  • Named to the 2016 USA U18 National Team, but withdrew due to injury.
  • Member of the 2015 USA U19 World Championship team that captured the gold medal with a 7-0 record at 2015 FIBA U19 World Championship in Chekhov, Russia; helped the USA to a 3-0 exhibition record in the Canary Islands.
  • Participated in the 2014 USA U17 World Championship Team trials.
  • Member of the 2013 USA U16 National Team that won gold with a perfect 5-0 record at the FIBA Americas U16 Championship in Cancun, Mexico, and qualified the USA for the 2014 FIBA U17 World Championship.

College Honors

  • 2017 American Athletic Conference All-Freshman Team.
  • Earned American Freshman of the Week honors after averaging 11.3 ppg. and 2.7 apg. as UConn opened the season 3-0 with victories over Florida State, Baylor and LSU.

College Notes

  • As a freshman in 2016-17, aided Connecticut to a 36-1 record, the NCAA Final Four and the American Athletic Conference Tournament and regular season titles.
  • Started six of 31 games and averaged 6.1 ppg. and 3.7 apg.
  • Scored a career-high 19 points against then-No. 2/4 Baylor (11/17/16) in the second game of the season.
  • Twice dished out career-bests of nine assists.

  • Helped her team to a four-year record of 119-12, and won a pair of Tennessee Class 3A state titles (2015, 2016).
  • Played volleyball in sixth grade.

Personal

  • Born in her hometown of Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
  • Daughter of Davonna and Chris Dangerfield; has one older brother, Komar, and one older sister, Brooke.
  • Cousin Jimmy Gary Jr. played football at West Virginia University and for the Seattle Seahawks and is now an actor.
  • Both parents served in the U.S. Army.
  • Was a member of the Blackman High School Collegiate Academy and a four-year member of the school’s honor roll.

  • Favorite Olympian: Maya Moore.

  • Ultimate achievements would be: winning a national championship at UConn and playing in the WNBA.
  • Has traveled to Cancun, Mexico, with the USA U16 National Team and to Spain and Russia with the USA U19 World Championship Team.
