  • Honors: 2019 FIBA U19 World Cup All-Star Five, 2018 FIBA Americas U18 Championship MVP.
  • Gold Medal: 2019 FIBA U19 World Cup, 2018 FIBA Americas U18 Championship.
  • Silver Medal: 2019 Red Bull USA Basketball 3x3 Nationals.
  • Named to the 2021 USA Women's AmeriCup Team on June 6, 2021.
  • Member of the 2019 USA U19 World Cup Team that finished with a 7-0 record and captured the gold medal with a 74-70 overtime victory over Australia in Bangkok, Thailand; started all seven games and averaged a team-high 13.1 ppg. and added 5.1 rpg.
  • Competed for Drive in the 2019 Red Bull USA Basketball 3x3 Nationals where she helped lead her team to a silver medal and a 6-2 record; scored 11 of her team’s 20 points in the championship game.
  • As a member of the 2018 USA U18 National Team, started in five of six games and averaged 8.5 ppg., 4.7 rpg. and tied for a team-high with 3.0 apg. to help the USA to a 6-0 record and a gold medal from Aug. 1-7 in Mexico City.

College Notes

  • As a junior in 2020-21, aided Kentucky to an 18-9 record and the second round of the NCAA Tournament; started in 24 games played and was the only player in the nation to average more than 20 points (20.7 ppg.) with at least least 7.3 rpg., 90 assists and 60 steals.
  • In 11 games against ranked opponents in 2020-21, Howard averaged 22.3 ppg., 6.7 rpg. and 3.0 apg.; additionally, she notched four 30+ scoring games with three coming against top-25 ranked teams.
  • As a sophomore in 2019-20, averaged 23.4 ppg., which ranked second nationally, hit 3.1 3-pointers a game, which ranked among the nation's top 10, to go with 6.5 rpg., in leading Kentucky to a 22-8 record.
  • As a freshman in 2018-19, aided Kentucky to a 25-8 record and the 2019 NCAA Tournament second round; started 32 of 32 games played and averaged team-bests of 16.4 ppg. and 6.6 rpg., ranked second with 74 3s made and 68 steals and third with 75 assists and 22 blocks. 
  • Over her first three years at Kentucky, tallied 1,655 points (19.9 ppg.), 561 rebounds (6.8 rpg.) and 232 assists (2.8 apg.), while netting 214 3-pointers (2.6 per game). 

  • Recorded five double-doubles and scored in double digits in 26 games as a freshman.
