  • Gold Medals: 2009 World University Games, 2007 FIBA U19 World Championship, 2006 FIBA Americas U18 Championship.
  • Accepted an invitation to the 2017 USA Women's National Team training camp Sept. 30-Oct. 2 in Santa Barbara, California, but advanced to the WNBA Finals and will not be available to participate.
  • Named as a finalist for the 2016 U.S. Olympic Women's Basketball Team on Jan. 25, 2016.
  • Participated in the 2015 USA Women’s National Team minicamp in Las Vegas.
  • Was one of 13 finalists for the 2014 USA World Championship Team and helped the USA team earn a 4-1 exhibition record.
  • Participated in her first USA National Team training camp during the USA’s Oct. 2013 minicamp in Las Vegas.
  • Member of the 2010 USA Select Team that practiced and played against the 2010 USA National Team in April.
  • Won a gold medal with the 2009 USA World University Games team that finished with a 7-0 slate in Belgrade, Serbia.
  • Member of the 2007 USA U19 World Championship Team that captured the gold medal in Bratislava, Slovakia, with a 9-0 record.
  • Member of the 2006 USA U18 National Team that posted a perfect 4-0 record, captured the FIBA Americas U18 Championship gold medal in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and qualified the U.S. for the 2007 FIBA U19 World Championship.

Professional Notes

  • Drafted: No. 5 by the Los Angeles Sparks in 2011.
  • WNBA Sixth Woman of the Year: 2016.
  • WNBA title: 2016.
  • During her seven years in Los Angeles, the Sparks compiled a 149-93 (.626) regular season record, advanced to six-straight playoffs and captured the 2016 WNBA title.
  • Played in Europe the past six seasons, first for Besiktas JK (Turkey) and then CCC Polkowice (Poland) in 2011-12, for Beretta-Famila Schio (Italy) in 2012-13, followed by two seasons for Wisla Can-Pack (Poland) and spent the past two years playing for Fenerbahce (Turkey).
  • Led all 2013-14 EuroLeague competitors for scoring after averaging 20.3 ppg., while adding 10.7 ppg. for Wisla Can-Pack Krakow (Poland), which advanced to the second round of the 2014 EuroLeague playoffs and captured the 2014 Polish League title.

College Years

  • During her four years Ohio State compiled a 106-30 record (.779), captured at least a share of three Big Ten Conference regular season titles, won three Big Ten Tournament crowns and advanced to four NCAA Tournaments, including two Sweet Sixteens.
  • WBCA/State Farm and USBWA All-American (2009, 2010, 2011).
  • Associated Press All-America first team (2010, 2011).
  • Upon the conclusion of her career, owned Ohio State’s all-time career records for points (2,818), rebounds (1,422), games played (136) and started (136) and field goals made (1,142) and attempted (2,156).
  • The only player, male or female, in conference history to earn Big Ten Player of the Year honors four times. 
  • Big Ten Freshman of the Year (2008).
  • Big Ten Tournament MVP and Big Ten All-Tournament Team (2009, 2010, 2011).
  • Led OSU to a school-record 31 victories in 2009-10.

  • Attended Cleveland Central Catholic H.S. (Ohio), where she compiled 1,978 points, 1,278 rebounds and 527 assists in four varsity seasons; became the school’s all-time leading scorer and rebounder as a junior and led her school to the 2007 Ohio Division III state title. 
  • Gatorade Ohio Player of the Year (2007).
  • Also played volleyball in high school and was named all-state and all-league.
