USA Basketball Notes

  • Gold Medal: 2016 FIBA Americas U18 Championship.
  • Silver Medals: 2017 FIBA U19 World Cup, 2016 FIBA 3x3 U18 World Championship.
  • Member of the 2017 USA Women's U19 World Cup Team that posted a 6-1 record and finished with the silver medal after losing to Russia by four points in the gold medal game in Udine, Italy.
  • Aided the 2017 USA U19 squad to a 3-0 exhibition record against U19 teams from Italy, Latvia and Spain.
  • Member of the 2016 USA U18 National Team that captured the gold medal with a perfect 5-0 record at the FIBA Americas U18 Championship to qualify the USA for the 2017 FIBA U19 World Cup.
  • Teamed up with Jaelyn Brown, Sidney Cooks and Amber Ramirez to win the 2016 USA Basketball 3x3 U18 National Tournament, which qualified them to represent USA Basketball at the 2016 FIBA 3x3 U18 World Championship, where they earned the silver medal in Astana, Kazakhstan, with a 5-2 record.
  • Took part in the 2014 USA U17 World Championship Team Trials.

  • Signed a National Letter of Intent to attend and play for University of Connecticut.

  • Played her four-year prep career at Monacan High School (Va.), where she helped her team capture the past three Virginia Class 4A state championships.
  • Averaged 25.9 ppg., 7.6 rpg. and 3.2 spg. as a senior in 2016-17 to lead Monacan to a perfect 30-0 record.
  • Has started in all 99 career games and scored 2,062 points over her four varsity seasons.
  • As a junior in 2015-16, averaged 25.0 ppg., 8.4 rpg. and 3.2 spg. to help her team to a 29-1 record; had 25 points and 12 rebounds in the state title game.
  • As a sophomore in 2014-15, averaged 19.1 ppg., 7.1 rpg. and 3.2 spg. to help her team to a 24-4 record.
  • As a freshman in 2013-14, averaged 19.9 ppg., 6.1 rpg. and 2.8 spg. to help her team to a 21-1 record and the state tournament semifinals.

  • First played basketball when she was 5, because her dad coached her brother's games, and she was always there watching and asking if she could play with the team.

  • Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, is the most interesting place she has visited, because she loved the jet skis.
