Nick LoGalbo

Nick LoGalbo, the athletic director and head boys basketball coach at Lane Technical College Prep High School in Illinois, will serve in his seventh USA Basketball assignment as a court coach for the 2022 USA Basketball U17 Men's National Team training camp. He has also recently served as a court coach at the 2022 USA Basketball Men's Junior National Team April minicamp as well as the head coach of the 2021 USA Basketball 3x3 Men's and Women's U18 World Cup Teams.

 

Previously, LoGalbo was a staff member at training camp for the 2020 USA 3x3 Men's and Women's Olympic Qualifying Teams, a court coach at the 2019 USA Men's Junior National Team April, July and October minicamps, and coach of the 2021 USA Basketball 3x3 Men's and Women's U18 World Cup teams. He has also spoken at several of USA Basketball’s Coach Academy events across the United States.


Outside of coaching, LoGalbo was awarded the 2016 “Rising Star” Award by Benedictine University for his work in education and philanthropy working to combat gun violence in Chicago. Coach LoGalbo has organized several #chicagostandup Rallies with former NBA players Joakim Noah and Derrick Rose to raise awareness and empower youth to take a stand against gun violence.

 

In 2021-22, he led Lane Tech to a 19-11 record.
