The USA Basketball 3x3 Women’s Series team won its first title of the season Saturday with an 18-7 victory over Lithuania in the Quebec Stop final. The USA went 5-0 in the tournament.

The USA Basketball 3x3 Women’s Series team competed at the Edmonton stop on the 2022 FIBA 3x3 Women’s Series this weekend in Edmonton, Canada. The U.S. went undefeated en route to a championship round matchup against Canada Saturday but fell in the final, 21-17.

USA Basketball announced today the rosters for the 2022 USA Basketball FIBA Men’s World Tour and FIBA Women’s Series teams. The teams will compete at select 3x3 events in their respective FIBA circuits throughout the summer and into the fall.

USA Basketball will be fielding 13 national 3x3 teams over the next several months.

Fran Fraschilla and Jennifer Rizzotti have been named head coaches for USA Basketball’s respective entries into the 2022 FIBA 3x3 Men’s World Tour and 2022 FIBA 3x3 Women’s Series.

In the semifinals of the 2021 FIBA 3x3 Women’s Series Montreal stop, the USA came up short, 17-15, against Austria on Sept. 4.

A 3-0 record on the day put the USA in the No. 1 spot out of its pool and into the semis.
