USA Basketball Boys Regional Camp Coming to Houston

The 2018 USA Basketball Houston Boys Regional Camp, which will take place Sept. 29-30 at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, will provide an opportunity for boys 10 to 16 years old to improve their individual basketball skills. Participants will learn from USA Basketball licensed coaches in a fun, safe and competitive environment.

USA Basketball Regional Camps are open to players of all levels and abilities and focus on skill development. Camp sessions emphasize basketball fundamentals through station work, group drills and games in a fun and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

General information about regional camps and answers to frequently asked questions are available online.

Registration includes all sessions and an official USA Basketball Youth Development jersey. Players are responsible for transportation to and from the gym, lodging, all meals, clothing and basketball shoes. All participants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The first 50 people to register for the USA Basketball Houston Boys Regional Camp will receive a 20-percent-off discount, and offers are available for groups of 10 or more by emailing register@usabasketball.com.

A guaranteed preferred rate currently is available at the Courtyard Houston Westchase. Individual attendee reservations may be made online through the USA Basketball Courtyard Houston Westchase Hotel Room Block, or by calling Marriott Reservations at 1-713-784-3003 and asking for the USA Basketball rate under group code USB. All reservations must be made by Sept. 14, 2018, or while availability remains to guarantee preferred rate.
