USA Basketball Regional Camps for High School Boys and Girls Coming to New York

A USA Basketball Regional Camp for high school boys and girls will take place Sept. 14-15 at St. Francis Preparatory School Fresh Meadows, New York.

USA Basketball High School Regional Camps are open to players of all levels and abilities and emphasize fundamental skill development. Regional camps provide opportunities for young people to improve their individual basketball skills while learning from USA Basketball licensed coaches. Camps include on-court skills training in a fun and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

USA Basketball Boys and Girls High School Regional Camps are open to athletes who are 14-17 years old at the time of camp.

Registration is $200. The first 50 registrants will earn a 20% discount of the registration price, and a group discount is available.

Camp participants are responsible for transportation to and from the gym, lodging, all meals, clothing and basketball shoes, and each participating athlete will be provided with a USA Basketball jersey. Athletes will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

All USA Basketball camps utilize the USA Basketball Player Development Model which consists of four levels of development: Introductory, Foundational, Advanced and Performance.

After its successful debut in 2017, the USA Basketball Women in the Game initiative returned with a conference April 7-8 at the Windward School in Los Angeles. In addition to presentations from expert guest speakers, attendees of the USA Basketball Women in the Game conference also experienced breakout sessions and small group discussions between speakers and attendees.
