USA Basketball Virtual Camp Set for August 3

  • Date:
    Jul 27, 2021

From 7-8:30 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, Aug. 3, USA Basketball will conduct a Virtual Skills Camp, hosted by Pro Skills Basketball, which will offer children basketball skills training from wherever they log in.

USA Basketball Virtual Skills Camps are designed for middle and high school age basketball players from 10-18 years old. Participants should have experience competing on middle school, high school and/or club or travel basketball teams.

Registration is $10 and is available online.

Participants will log into a video conference room via a private link provided they have a good internet connection. They will need one basketball, proper athletic clothes and shoes and an adequate space for drills, such as a bedroom, garage, driveway, etc.

Skills trainers will incorporate multiple skills and instruction together as players challenge themselves through stationary and movement drills, often competing with time and score.

USA Basketball camp coaches will monitor participants and will provide real-time feedback on performance. The session will conclude with a special guest video chat session on off-court player development skills.

All inquiries related to USA Basketball Virtual Skills Camps should be directed to admin@proskillsbasketball.com or 1-866-996-3888.
