Following her freshman season at the University of Oregon, Sabrina Ionescu returned to USA Basketball as a member of the 2017 USA U23 National Team. She averaged 10.3 points and 2.7 rebounds per game to help the USA to claim the inaugural U24 Four Nations Tournament title with wins over Australia, Canada and Japan in Tokyo.
