A’ja Wilson, who is one of five U.S. women to have suited up in two FIBA U19 World Cup competitions, scored 30 points in the 2015 gold medal game versus Russia to help the USA claim the title and earn tournament MVP honors. During the 2015 U19s, she started in all seven U.S. wins in Russia and averaged a team-high 18.3 points to go with 8.4 rebounds 2.3 assists and 2.0 steals per game. Wilson also helped the USA to gold at the 2013 FIBA U19 World Cup.

Tyasha Harris was named to the all-tournament team at the 2017 FIBA U19 World Cup in Italy, where she averaged 8.0 points, 2.7 rebounds and U.S. women’s U19 record 5.7 assists per game to help the USA to a 6-1 record and the silver medal.

In the USA women’s U19 record book, Maya Moore is second for single-competition points (147), and she is one of just 11 players to have scored at least 24 points in a single game. She had 24 points against Slovakia on Aug. 1, 2007, and again against Spain in the semifinals on Aug. 4, 2007.

In the USA women’s U19 single-competition record book, Diana Taurasi is first for points averaged (19.3) and fourth for total points (135). In U.S. U19 single-game high, she is first for 3-point attempts (11 vs. Lithuania on July 14, 2001) and tied for seventh in points (25 vs. Czech Republic on July 21, 2001).
