The four steps:

1. Ready
2. Set
3. Fire
4. Finish

READY: Learn the proper way to hold the ball.

SET: Here’s how you should get into position for taking a shot.

FIRE: There should be no wasted motion when you go up to take the shot.

FINISH: Be sure to strike a pose!
