In addition to the two-day event, the USA Basketball Women in the Game initiative provides attendees the opportunity to apply for entry into the USA Basketball Women in the Game mentorship program. The six-week program will connect conference attendees (mentees) with experienced professionals in the sports industry (mentors) to help develop future female leaders in sports. Weekly discussion topics will guide the interaction between the mentee and mentor through phone and email communication. Participants who register for the conference will receive more information about the optional mentorship program.
Coaches from all levels explain how they change their practice approach late in the season and in regard to playoffs.
