Shop NowUSA Basketball Virtual Skills Camps, hosted by Pro Skills Basketball, provide high-energy personal training to intermediate and advanced level boys and girls ages 10-18. Hour-long camp sessions bring individual skills training to players practicing in a safe, remote environment. The skills and drills performed at virtual camps are paramount to improving basketball performance on the court, and players will notice a remarkable improvement in their abilities as these skills form the foundation for all aspects of the game.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT VIRTUAL SKILLS CAMPS
On-screen skills trainers show drills and lead camp for an hour of high intensity basketball instruction, modified appropriately for varying ability levels. USA Basketball camp coaches are logged in watching players and providing real-time feedback on performance. Camp sessions conclude with a special guest or a discussion about life skills, education or a questions and answer block. Campers also receive login access to watch camp sessions post-workout to retake and download workouts.
