The USA Basketball Men's U18 National Team competes annually at the FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup. The FIBA 3x3 U18 World Cup will be hosted in Debrecen, Hungary in 2022 from Aug. 23-28. This year marks the 10th year in the competition's history, with it being the second-straight year Debrecen has hosted.  

The team is selected by the USA Basketball Men's 3x3 Junior National Team Selection Committee. They captured their first two gold medals in 2019 and 2021 and will attempt to win their third straight in 2022.
