Q: If I am licensed, may I apply for a learning plan?
A: The e-learning program is administered by organizations and not individual coaches. If you are a licensed coach under an organization which administers a learning plan for their coaches, you may also complete the learning plan under your organization.

Q: How is the e-learning program different from the license program?
A: The e-learning program is different from the license program in that it allows the organization to customize the plan and select the courses that they would like their members to take. Additionally, a background screen is not a component to complete a learning plan.

Q: What is the cost of the creation of a learning plan?
A: The cost of creating a learning plan varies by organization. Your total cost per member is based on the number of courses you select for your organization’s learning plan.

Q: Will my members receive a certificate upon completion of the learning plan?
A: Yes, every member will receive a certificate once the learning plan is complete which will include the organization’s logo, as well as the date of completion.

Q: Am I able to complete the license program from my e-learning dashboard?
A: Yes, you have the ability to apply to become licensed through your dashboard by selecting the licensing tab. From there, you will follow the steps to purchase a license and complete the necessary components of the license program.

Q: What is the duration of each course?
A: The e-learning courses are, on average, 30 minutes in length. Some courses are shorter, and others are longer, but they do not exceed 35 minutes.
